Cardamom (cardamon / cardamom), is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the
genera Elettaria and Amomum in the family ‘Zingiberaceae’. Both genera are natives of the
Indian subcontinent and Indonesia. Cardamom is used as a flavor for many types of food like
Drinks, Curries, Desserts and Meat Dishes.
We can supply single origin farm grown cardamom. Green Cardamom are classified and rated
based on size &color of pods. Cardamom is graded mainly based on below specifications.

Black Pepper
Black pepper is a flowering vine in the family Piperaceae, cultivated for its fruit, known as a peppercorn, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. The fruit is drupe, which is about 5 mm in diameter, dark red, and contains a stone which encloses a single pepper seed.
Cloves
Dried flowers of the clove tree are used as cloves to spice-up the dishes and drinks. Though a native of Spice Islands near China, cloves spread throughout Europe and Asia since long as a part of the local cuisine. Cloves are full of antioxidants and provides important nutrients too. Dried cloves can be used as whole or ground.
Coffee Bean
Western Ghats has got ideal weather and climatic conditions for the growth and cultivation of coffee. The pip inside the red pulp fruit is often referred to as coffee cherry. Ripe coffee beans hand-picked from the plant, then goes through the process of ‘wet and wash’. The coffee beans are dried properly and gets ready for supply.
